Richard Baddeley is currently a member of the RICS UK Regional Planning and Development Professional Group Board, is a representative for Wales and and advises on Heritage Planning and Development, and serves on the Planning Policy Panel. Additionally, he also serves on RICS working panels with government departments including DCMS, DEFRA, The Treasury and Welsh Government.
Richard Baddeley is also an RICS Spokesman on High Streets, Commercial Property and Regeneration in Wales and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
